The terms and conditions below regulate the use of and sales carried out on the Mouli shop (Mouli Clothing AB 556680-0834). A product purchase assume acceptance of our terms and conditions. The purchase is considered carried out in full as soon as your purchase is confirmed on your screen. All frauds will be reported to the police. Mouli follows Swedish law recommendation (ARN) in case of a dispute.
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will only be used within Mouli and by those third parties engaged by us to assist in providing services, information and products to you. Mouli does not sell, rent, assign or give your information to any third party other than the aforementioned. You are entitled to see the personal information stored upon request..
For the safety of your personal information Mouli uses Dibs Payment / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during the payment session.
All prices in the Mouli webshop are stated in SEK include VAT (currently 25%). Mouli reserve the right to adjust pricing without further notice. The current shipping cost is stated below the pricing in the checkout. VAT currently 25% will be charged to all purchases within the European Union. For purchases outside the European Union the customer is responsible for any customs charges that might be applicable. Swedish VAT 25 % is included in the displayed price but will be reduced to Tax Free in checkoutMouli is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies on this website.
Mouli accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express. The payment will be charged in full to your account at the time of order dispatch. Credit card payments are made through our partner DIBS, Scandinavia’s largest company for online payments, thus all transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
We also offer payment through PayPal. Mouli does not charge you for this payment. Mouli cannot be held responsible for any charges PayPal might add to your account.
Swedish residents are also offered the option to pay by invoice through our partner Klarna. Purchases made through Klarna will result in a 25SEK service charge.
All products are subject of availability and are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
For international deliveries we advise you to ship to your day-time address as our delivery hours are 9am to 5pm.
Standard time of delivery is three days within Sweden and five to seven business days for international orders. During peak season deliveries might be slightly delayed. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery hub and will be notified via SMS or email. Remote locations and goods delivered by carrier deliveries will take an extra day.
Goods must be picked up within two weeks of notification after which the goods will automatically be sent back to Mouli. Uncollected goods will result in a 300SEK charge, which is equivalent to the real cost of shipping. Please note that goods you wish to return still need to be collected to avoid extra charges.
The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will love your new purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 14 days to return your goods. Should the product have been sent to you by mistake or you receive a product you did not order, Mouli will pay the shipping charge.
Keep in mind when returning goods:
- The customer will pay all shipping charges related to the return.
- The product has to be unused and the original packaging and tags have to be attached.
- A copy of the original receipt has to be attached.
Returns where above specifications have not been fulfilled will be sent back and related charges will be charged to your account.
How to return:
Send the product along with a copy of the original receipt to the address stated below. You will be reimbursed when the goods has been received and handled, although no more than 10 days after making your return.

If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. Mouli handles all returns according to Swedish law, please refer Konsumentköplagen on www.konsumentverket.se.
Please note that if you chose to pay by invoice, you will still have to pay the invoice on time and in full. You will be reimbursed when we have processed your return.

Mouli is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies on this website. Mouli cannot guarantee that all product images exactly reproduce the actual colour of the products. We do our best to present the products as realistic as possible, however the colour settings may differ on different computers and thus affect the colour shown on your screen. Clothes might have been pinned to fit the model. Mouli have the right to change the assortment without further notice and have the right to remove items before you place your order.
